So many times when you buy the entire estate you have to take every item, as a designer I love the challenge of thinking how to use items in an unusual way. As a pair I would use them to flank and item, use these bowls on either side of your vanity mirror with hand made soap balls of the accent color used in your bath. When flanking an item, it brings a formal look to it, giving the same balance to either side of the item.
The bowls are in excellent condition, no ships or "flea" marks, they measures 5 inches in diameter across the top, stand 2 ¼ inches deep, and the base is 2 1/8 inches in diameter, both in excellent condition.
These sparkling ribbed glass bowls of the early 50’s would be wonderful to hold berries at a Sunday morning brunch. Or stand them with in a plate holder in your breakfast room china cabinet or shelf with your collection of vintage and Depression glass, being made clear they would flow with any color of glass that might be in your collection.
