Manufacturer: Unknown France / The Italian Shop Chicago During the Victorian Era, there was a piece of flatware for every use at the dining table, from the early 1900’s here is an excellent set of 12 Lobster Forks found in their original box lined with silk and marked on the silk "The Italian Shop of Chicago".
This excellent collection of rare vintage "Lobster Forks" measures as follows; the box measures 7 ½ inches long 6 3/8 inches wide and is 1 ¾ inches deep.

The original box found in excellent condition as well, have a firm clasp on the front that works perfectly, the dark green box is accented in gold and marked on the back of the box, is "Made in France". The lovely lobster forks with their gold blade and their slightly turned up prongs is assured to get each bite of that delectable piece of lobster out of the shell. The forks measure 6 ¾ inches long and the handle is 5/8 inches wide.
