Vintage Bottle Milk Bottle Pint Rubber Cap Mojonnier; I have never been one to collect "bottles" however when I saw this vintage "Pint Milk Bottle" made by Owens Illinois Glass Co, with the original rubber top and the gingham fabric loop it was unique.
Found in excellent condition, the ones we have found on the internet did not compare with the condition as the one we are selling here.
"Mojonnier" in a shield on the front, this vintage Sampler Milk Pint Bottle measures 6 inches tall, the base is 2 ¼ inches in diameter and the top is 1 5/8 inches in diameter.
Found marked "Mojonnier, as shown below with the patented number "57471". Dairies and milk processors used these bottles to take samples to test for butterfat.
