Roxo Bottle Co. and Arcadian Springs Bottle Co. was developed from an Arcadian Spring in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1884. An ornate spring house and reception house were soon constructed. A limestone bottling plant was built across the street with the water pumped through pipes under the road from the spring to the plant. The plant expanded over the years to include the use of spring water for the bottling of Roxo sod-water beverages. Arcadian and Roxo beverages until the 1960s
