Vintage 2 Piece Hand Painted Mexican Pottery Covered Di A great hand painted Mexican two piece example of vintage pottery. Plate is nicely designed with a bird (turkey?) on the plate in brown glaze with beige and green design. Cover is in the shape of big turkey with intricately brown, blue and green painted design. Marked Mexico on front bottom.
Think these two pieces are a matching set, but can’t be sure. The underplate is in perfect vintage condition, the turkey has a small chip on his nose, not very noticible, but there. Nice unusual piece for the Thanksgiving holiday table.

Two spout like, pinched areas on two sides of rim of bowl. Rim looks crinkled on edge of bowl. Marked Bauer Calif. USA On bottom, and what looks like the number 11 11. Thurn Fine Porcelain Limited Expresso Set Thurn 12 Piece Expresso Cups and Saucers. Really interesting set of what I would call expresso cups with plain white saucers. All pieces marked 1794 Thurn Serie Limited Porcelaine Fine with a number 1 in blue, and three digit white number. All cups have imprint (transferware) of Vincent Van Gogh paintings. 6 cups and 6 saucers. I love the interesting handles on the cups. Saucers approx. 4 ¾ wide – cuos are two wide and two tall. Add 15.00 shipping and insurance.

Vintage Dog Bowl Nice small, heavy dog bowl. Approx. 6 wide x 2 1/2 high. Has "Dog" on front of bowl. Saw some described marked from a company in Roseville, OH., but there are no marks. Small chip on rim, but not very noticable. Beige colored glaze, in the inside he glaze has been worn but is smooth. Great bowl for a canine named Dog!!
