Surounded by stamped double circles, center has figure. Marked Mexico in a round makers mark - 925 - and the initials LRL. Approx. 1 1/2 inches wide. Pin clasp and closed hook for using as pendant.

Mexican Silver/Abalone Brooch Wonderful Mexican Silver Brooch. This beauty is a round 2 ½ inches wide. Has a man in a sombrero carrying a bag and cactus plant in silver, the background is inlaid in abalone, with beautiful blues and purples. No pieces missing. Back has a round stamp in the silver, but I cant identify any of the words or the design inside. Can be worn as a brooch or has hook to wear as pendant. Pictures do not catch the beautiful shine and colors of the abalone.The wood ceiling relects on the silver making it look a little goldish. A great piece.

Modern Mexican Silver Enamel Butterfly Pin Modern Mexican Silver Butterfly pin. Marked Mexico on back, but stamp almost missed silver, is on bottom edge of pin at center. With a magnifying glass, silver metal looks hand cut on edges. Black enamel decorates the butterfly with what looks like abalone or mother of pearl chips inset in the black enamel. Not marked silver, but sure looks like it. There is a small rustlike stain coming from the edge of where the enamel is. It was reduced with a little silver polish. May come back. Over 1 ½ wide, aprox. 1 inch at tallest point on wings. A real attractive piece.

Laton MexicamVintage Modernistic Style Brooch Fantastic Laton Brooch. Laton made silver and brass jewelry. This is a great example. Brooch is approx. 2 inches wide, 1 ¾ high. Three comma-like shapes, two in silver, one in brass. Clasp on back works well, marked 925 and Laton. Has another mark, think is the pattern number, but is partially under the pin clasp, and cant really read it. It is a nice piece, and a great example of Mexican silver jewelry.

Los Ballestros Vintage Mexican Silver/Mother of Pearl Vintage Mexican Silver screw-on earrings, round disks in mother of pearl. We think this is an older pair. With a magnifying glass, you can see several cracks on each earring in the m.o.p. inlay, not very noticeable on one, the flaws are more visible on another and minor loss of m.o.p. on one. Stamped on backs of both earrings. Can make out 925 and mexico and a partial clover type mark, we believe is the Los Ballesteros mark, although marks on both earrings are not complete. The backs of the earrings are solid silver to take the m.o.p. inlay. Believe these are a good, earlier example of early fine Mexican silver and inlay work.

Mexican Earings - Screw-On Great little pair of earings. I believe they are made in Mexico as I have seen similar. Earings have figure of wrapped indian woman. Has silver, gold and rose on earings and indian figure is in black. Unmarked but an attractive set.

Mexican Silver Moderistic Earingss These are a great unusual pair of pierced earrings. A round swirled silver piece with the post attaches to ear with a round hoop attached to the swirled portion. Both swirled piece and hook are approx. 1 inch wide. Entire earring hangs approx. 1 ¾ long. Does not have post attachment. Marked Hecho in Mexico – TT-45- 925 on one earring only. Very attractive, wearable pair.

Mexican Silver Cat/Mouse Pin Great little Mexican Silver Pin of a cat reaching down and holding a happy mouse. Cat's arm swings from the body. Cat is 1 3/4 inches long, cat's arm hangs down approx. 1 1/4 long. Marked Mexico, 925 and EFS. Very cute, a great gift for the cat lover.
