This is nice marked Palmer Smith Aluminum serving tray. It has an interesting double circle design - 12 on tray, one on each handle. Solid handles. Tray is 12 inches not counting handles. Minimal pitting - there is what looks like a round mark resembling where a glass would have been, couple of small scratches, but interesting design. Marked Palmer Smith 95 with 2 forgers inside rectangle.
