This pair of sterling silver weighted candle holders are from National Sterling. Marked ational Sterling, Weighted and with Pat. No. 2646954. No dings visible, small bump on bottom edge, but hardly visible. Approx. 3 ¾ inches tall, base is 3 1/5 inches in diameter. Nice design around base.
