Special 6-16683 Lionel Elephant + Giraffe Motion Car. Well it is special. Not only is this boxcar a Lionel, it is a Lionel Los Angeles Zoo car. it has the original elephant who ducks under bridges and an added feature, a giraffe who also likes to pop his head in and out as the car goes round the track. C-7 very good condition and easy to change from elephant to giraffe and back. Great action car.

Yes, I know Santa figurines are available everywhere. Most are mass-produced and sell for almost nothing. Others really are one of a kind, well made pieces, but few compare to the skill displayed in this wonderful Santa figure. This nine inch tall Santa Clause figurine began as green ware, which after being cleaned is then placed into a kiln and heated to incredibly high temperatures. Finally the piece is beautifully hand painted in details that insure no two pieces are ever exactly alike. As you can see, the end result of this painstaking work is the lovely Santa seen here, which has been done by an artist who also happens to be our very good friend
C. Keck.
As this figure clearly shows, Ms. Keck is highly skilled in the art of fine detail. It is as though her touch has given this figure it's own individual personality. If I had a month to paint just one piece, I could not even come close to matching the skill of this artist. This Christmas, add this truly special Santa to your collection of holiday decorations.
