| This unique old cigar cutter was found in an old four story building that had once housed one of production facitilies for the famed House of Windsor Cigar Company. From the way this cutter is designed, I am pretty sure it was made to be permanently mounted to a tabletop or desk, where it could be easily accessed. The cutter still works as well as almost any you could buy, but this old beauty comes with a history of long time service to a cigar maker that is sadly missed. |
