Here's a very nice antique brass door knocker with mounting bolt. This old door knocker is what I would call traditional in it's style, but with size, weight and appeal far above the majority of traditional pieces. For one thing, this piece is solid brass and very heavy. A well made knocker indeed, but even more impressive is the wonderful deep color of its age patina. Seldom are we fortunate enough to find one of these that has not had its character polished away by someone with a desire to 'clean it up.

This great old brass knocker measures 4 1/2 x 5 inches and comes with its original large brass mounting bolt. A really classic piece.
