Another, new in the original box, mechanical doorbell. This one is from the early 1950's and was made in Japan. The bell and thumb turn are made of brass and the bell comes with the original box, instructions, and everything else that was with it when it was brand new back in the 1950's. The bell measures roughly 2 1/2 inches across and has a really great sound. Forget that wireless, battery opperated cheapo bell from the big box store. Here is a classic from the 50's. How cool is that? |
