The third in our collection of original oil paintings on art board by Marco is the smallest, yet perhaps the most striking and visionary of the trio. The painting is hand signed by Marco in 1989. The frame will go with the artwork, but the work itself is all we chose to show. The reason? The painting speaks for itself in as many images and languages as any I have ever seen. Out of nowhere a face, a shadow, some graphic illusion appears then is gone. The painting never changes, yet somehow it is in a state of constant change. City Beyond a River is a Masterpiece of Modern art.
