what a beautifully made and maintained example of a rare EF Kraft, fully adjustable, 1800's Early American wooden hand planer. Stamped on the end 'E F Kraft, St Louis' with the number 82, this old tool has also been stamped on each end with 'A.H. Korp', I would imagine this was the owner.This is one of the most incredible, finely made old time wooden planes I have ever seen. Measures 14 long, 2 3/8 wide. Fence is 2.5 wide, blade is 1 .75 wide. A nice piece for a collection or display.See for yourself as the pictures try their best to do it justice. |
