There are two musical note signs on the base as well as the top. Underneath the top is a large bell, so every time you take the top off, it rings and everyone knows you are in the cookie jar! He is done in yellow with brown trim, blue eyes, black nose, red ears and tongue, and he has a bee on his cheek. He is wearing a blue cap, Cookie Lion, on it. The bottom of the cookie jar has three long wedges and is identified in a Cookie Jar book as Mc Coy, ca. 1971-78. The Cookie Jug measures 11 in. tall with a 6 ¼ in. dia. Shipping weight 7 lbs.

MC COY OWL COOKIE JAR, 1978 A cute owl cookie jar, original lid with the owl's ears, folded wing across his body, and bright eyes. He is bottom incised, 204 McCoy USA, and measures 9 ½ in. tall. There is a small white mark on the bottom, looks like a flake, but seems to have been done in the manufacturing, as there is no indentation. Ca. 1978-79. Shipping weight 7 lbs. 8 oz.

DRIVE-IN DINER COOKIE JAR A really neat newer cookie jar in the shape of a modernistic drive in diner. The base shows shadow figures sitting at tables, and outside the brick walls, standing microphones to receive your order when you drive in. The top of the cookie jar says, Drive in Diner. There is a hang tag, This is a Certified That’s Kooky Piece, and it comes in the original box. At one time there must have been a pair of salt & pepper shakers with it, but it now only has one, a smiling waitress on roller skates, and she measures 5 in. high. The cookie jar measures 11 in. high, and the base measures 7 ¼ in. dia. The original price tag shows a price of $59.99. Shipping weight 7 ½ lbs.

OLD AUTO COOKIE JAR A really neat newer cookie jar in the shape of an older model car. The base is the station wagon style car with 5 surf boards stuffed in the trunk and one by an open window. The very tip of that surf board has a tiny flake. A black spare tire on the back, and a rear license plate reading, Kooky. It looks like water is bubbling out of the radiator on the hood of the car. The top has 9 more surf boards with a pelican sitting on them. There is a hang tag, This is a Certified That’s Kooky Piece, and t comes in the original box. The cookie jar measures 10 in. high to the top of the pelican, and the base measures 5 in. by 9 ½ in. The original price tag shows a price of $49.99. Shipping weight 7 ½ lbs.
