A great vintage Halloween item, a glass pumpkin lantern. The pumpkin shaped glass is painted orange with black eyes, nose and mouth. There are a few spots of orange missing. The base and handle is made of metal and there is a red plastic knob on the top. When you unscrew the red knob, the glass pumpkin comes out and the bottom portion holds 2 C batteries. The light switch when left in the center position keeps the lantern off; in the left position, the lantern is constantly on; in the right position, the lantern blinks on and off. The bottom is incised, Trade Mark U, Made in Hong Kong.
