Beautiful Sick Call Crucifix set, also known as Last Rites Crucifix set is made of oak. It measures 13 in. high x 7-1/4 in. wide and opens up to reveal compartments to hold candles and a vial of holy water, all of which are included. There even is some remaining water in the bottle. When taken apart, the top cross fits into the peg on the bottom cross (standing upright) and the candles fit into the wells carved into the base. The corpus is molded colored plastic and is beautifully detailed. There is a hole on the back so this crucifix may hang on your wall. There is a sticker on the back which indicates the cross was purchased at The Catholic Shop, Norristown, Pa. This piece is in excellent condition and the wood is nicely grained in a warm brown color. Shipping weight is 2 lbs. 8 oz. |
