Hull Pottery Clock This is a fabulous clock made by Hull with a Sessions clock insert. It is off-white with two bright rings of red flanked by bright red cherries with pale green leaves. It measures 8 3/8" in diameter and is 1 1/2" think with the clock insert. Condition of the pottery is super with no cracks or chips. There is overall normal crazing. The clock insert has been modified by a professional clock repairman. The electric motor has been replaced by a battery run motor, making it safer and easier to use by making placement on any wall possible (i.e. you don't have to have a plug-in nearby). Note photo of the back of the clock. It uses a AA battery (not included). This item is located in my showcase in The Old Timey Shop in Milton, WV. In the event that it sells in my shop, there is the possibility that this item has not been promptly removed from the TIAS listing - my apologies if that happens!!

Ansonia Opera Statue - Ansonia #2806 This is a rare model statue, circa 1894 by Ansonia Clock Co. She measures 12 1/8" tall, 9" wide and 4" deep and weighs in at 6 1/2 pounds. The name of this statue is Opera, or #2806, - note the opera mask leaning on the pedestal as well as opera names on the banner. She holds a trumpet and a wreath. The back is marked "Ansonia Clock Co"

Condition is excellent. I believe the finish to be original and there is a little loss with some silver showing through. The camera flash exentuated the loss compared to what I see with the naked eye. The crown is a golden bronze, the rest of this beautiful lady is dark. She has one damaged spot at the edge of her gown by her foot - the edge has broken off or has been cut off (see picture).
