The cover page is torn. It is has some writing on it in pencil that is very faint. The binding is a little weak. Still a wonderful old book

Antique 1899 CAT TAILS and Other Tales Childrens Book Antique childrens book CAT-TAILS AND OTHER TALES by Mary H. Howliston. It was originally published in 1895. This is its second printing. There are a few pencil marks on some of that pages and inside the cover is written HOVLAND SCHOOL No 2 January 1914. It is full of wonderful pictures, stories and songs. The cover on the binding has come off and should be repaired.

I have found no writing in it. The pictures of the plants and flowers are wonderful. It is written by Alphonso Wood, PhD and has 665 illustrations. There are 346 pages.
