c.1885 BURTLES & TATE VASELINE OPALESCENT PRESSED GLASS SWAN A fine pressed glass posy vase in the form of a swan, with a Vaseline and pale citron opalescent tint. CONDITION: very light age and use wear; undamaged; mould definition very good; highly reactive to UV/Blacklight - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. Made by Burtles & Tate, the base with relief registration number "20086" for 8 January 1885. 3¾in/9.5cm high, A little under 4¾in/12.1cm long.

c.1890 BOSTON & SANDWICH VASELINE URANIUM GLASS SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE A handsome uranium glass scent bottle with a six panel spire stopper. The body has a straight neck, lightly concave six sided shoulders, concave panel upper section with oval lozenges, and relief double lozenge lower section. Highly reactive to UV/Blacklight. CONDITION: very light bloom to the interior; no cracks, hairlines or bruising found; indented polished pontil - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. c.1890 VASELINE OVERLAY SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE, SILV. LID A deep Vaseline yellow scent bottle, with clear front and back panels. The lightly tapered, circular bottle has bold, rounded rib cut sides, a hinged silver lid and collar, and a clear glass stopper. CONDITION: old repair to the lid (visible flux marks on the inside; dent to the back of the lid; a few tiny rim nibbles; no cracks or hairlines; good lid fit - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. c1880 CRANBERRY JACK IN THE PULPIT VASE, LIGHT VASELINE TRAIL A most attractive cranberry vase on a light Vaseline conical foot, with a light Vaseline pinched trail of applied rigaree. Both trail and base react to ultra violet/black light. CONDITION: a short internal line (less than ½in/1.3cm long) possibly a pressure or temperature bruise in the glass at the point where the clear trail starts; no losses to the trail or rigaree crimps; natural glass striations and one or two tiny bubbles in the cranberry glass; - if you have any questions about this item, contact me.
