The body case is in pale lemon over pale pink, and is decorated with applied deep pink, citron and green trailed leaf. FINE POSSIBLY QUEENS BURMESE WAISTED ART VASE A fine Burmese glass, satin finish art vase, the upper section with a crimped corner and concave wall collar and bowl top, the lower section with a shaft and compressed globe body. The colour graduates from soft rose pink to pale yellow, the vase is highly reactive to UV/Blacklight. CONDITION: two small rubbed spots on the yellow surface, light surface age and use wear; no production streaks in the glass; no damage found; indented and semi polished pontil - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. c1880 CRANBERRY JACK IN THE PULPIT VASE, LIGHT VASELINE TRAIL A most attractive cranberry vase on a light Vaseline conical foot, with a light Vaseline pinched trail of applied rigaree. Both trail and base react to ultra violet/black light. CONDITION: a short internal line (less than ½in/1.3cm long) possibly a pressure or temperature bruise in the glass at the point where the clear trail starts; no losses to the trail or rigaree crimps; natural glass striations and one or two tiny bubbles in the cranberry glass; - if you have any questions about this item, contact me.
