Original Hand Stenciled Theorom on Fabric This is vintage hand stenciled theorom of an attractive arrangement of fruit in a bowl with a blue morning glory. It is signed by the artist, M. Tucker. This theorom is on an ivory colored fabric that looks like a velvet, it is really hard to tell without taking the whole thing apart, but it is definitely a fabric and not paper. This is framed in a light wood frame with glass. On the back is the date 1984. I do not know if this represents when the theorom was made or perhaps when it was put in this frame. In my research, I found one almost like this listed on eBay in a different frame and was signed by a different person. There were a few differences in the theorom itself when you looked closely, mostly in the areas that were painted free-hand. I feel that this was probably a premade stencil that was sold, more than likely in the 1980's. Still it is a lovely piece and would look great in a country style home.
