Manufacturer: Metzler & Ortloff
This beautiful figurine has superb quality. It was made by Metzler & Ortloff of Germany. The backstamp on this piece was used between 1923 and 1972, so it is hard to date. The features are wonderful! I find no damage to it. No chips, cracks or crazing. The figurine is 4 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" deep. There is a recessed number 1260 on the bottom. The factory was in business from 1875 - 1972. |
