Scarce, Nikko multi-colored transferware display plate. Octagon-shaped plate with recessed center having a nostalgic scene of a covered bridge over a river. In the foreground, a little boy is fishing with his dad. In the background we see a church, farms and windmills. Plate has decorative interior ribbing and a wide border of farm scenes with cows, chickens and a farmer plowing the field.
Made in Japan.
