Vintage Set of 2 West African Large Hand Woven Mats There were 6 Mats originally purchased in 1969 but only 2 are left. They were given as a gift to my mother but who knows what happened to the other 4. Totally Handcrafted, they are beautiful and well made. One is slightly smaller than the other.The designs are slightly different. They were purchased
in either Oaugadougu,Upper Volta,or Niamey, Niger. I believe that I shipped them off from Niamey, but I really can't be absolutely sure. Show them off as Wall Hangings,using them for Mail on a Foyer Table, or perhaps under glass with a Plant on Top(you wouldn't want them to get wet),under a Lamp,Fruit Bowl, or Dried Arrangement.
