Vintage Off White Handmade Needle Lace Trim This is really Elegant off-white Handmade Needle Lace from the 1940s (or 20s-30s according to an expert) still attached to a piece of Tattered Irish Linen. Great for a blouse, dress,or lingerie. The detail of these handworked leaves and flowers just knocks me out!! It must have taken them at least 3-4 months giving the work about 2 hours a day of their time.Just exquisite! The days of NO TV were indeed productive. Snip it apart from the linen with your sharpest little embroidery scissors, and I noticed only 3 little connecting Tails had come detached, nothing on the intricate flower and leaves so that is just a few quick needle tucks for you.
