Antique Mammy Doll with Baby in Bunting
Well Sewn 11 inch Chocolate Mammy Doll with a 2 inch little White Baby in a Bunting long dress and Cap tucked into the top of Mammy's Apron dress.It can be taken out. Mammy has a Beautiful Cheerful face with Embroidered facial features, expressful eyes, with Black Wool Yarn for the Hair.Very Detailed Dress, Apron, and underwear.Baby has features inked on with a brown finepoint pen expressing very pretty drawing,her outfit has very precise sewing.Black fabric represents shoes,the doll appears to be expertly stuffed with fine Cotton. All fabric will need Careful Cleaning as due to the age there is a hazy layer of what I call Dust Soil! Definitely worth the effort or consider professional cleaning since it is priced so reasonably.Beautiful Collectible!!

Antique French/Ukrainian Cloth Folk Dolls
They could be from the 1920s to the 1930s I don't know.These could be French,but I was told they were from the Ukraine and the fact is that lots of immigrants from the Ukraine settled in Southeast PA and so there are many examples of their old handicrafts in this area.Both Dolls have painted faces and the man has some type of beads in his eyes. These are so detailed, someone either really missed home or just wanted the kids to know their Heritage. At any rate we benefit from the beautifully detailed work. Vintage Cossack Soldier Doll
Suspected Russian Jewish Crafter,because of other items acquired with the lot. Circa 1930s-1940s according to the person I received it from.There is damage to the left side of the head which is made of a soft Plastic. There are also areas where the sewing is coming loose in the epaulet on the shoulder and also in the Crotch area,due to the Age of the Doll.All in all when included in your Collection it will make a nice addition.
