1940s Stangl Pottery Greco/Roman Design Centerpiece Bowl
Gorgeous Bowl,even with several smooth cracks (shown in photos),very usable, great with Fruit,very heavy and sturdy. I like the Satin Glaze because it looks very "Ancient Greek & Roman Banquet Hall" Height-3 inches, Diameter- 13 inches including Handles.Although the Co. was formed by a Mr. Fulper in 1902, he hired Stangl to design a line of wares in 1910.Stangl revolutionized the Co. with his Fantastic Designs!Great for Collectors!
