1920 Ivory Soap Valentine in Original Box
This is the neatest valentine! The painting is done on a separate sheet of paper & attached to the box. It looks like an ink sketch of a young man dressed in clothes from the 1920's holding a REAL small bar of ivory soap held by 2 pink strings. The bar is no longer white, but the embossed IVORY is still there. The lines - I'M 99 44/100% IN LOVE AND YOURS TILL I SINK! - was part of Ivory soap's advertising that they were 99 44/100% pure. It is in Very Good condition with only a change of color of the soap & a few slightly torn corners of the box. We have a large selection of vintage ads - so when I get down to the shop, I'll toss an ad in with this valentine. E-mail w/ any questions and THANKS FOR LOOKING!
Circa: 1920
Condition: Very Good

Glass Horse Buggy Ad Pic - Trucking & Oil Nicollet MN
These are really neat vintage ads for various companies. They usually have the same picture & verse of Har'Ya, Friend by Cliff Knoble. This one is for Henry Epper Oil Co. & the other for Giefer & Wills Trucking - phone 68 - Nicollet, Minn. It is 6 x 8 inches - has reverse black painting of trees - a metal cream frame & it's original backing & hook. I would call this MINT - but with the reverse paint of the trees being a little fuzzy (THEY REALLY ALL DO) we'll call it NMINT.
Condition: used - NMINT
