SIX FENTON Northern Star 5.5" BOWL NEAR MINT!
These 5.5 inch bowls are in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition w/ NO chips, cracks or scratches - MUST SEE PICS! A rather flat shaped bowl that only stands 1.5 inches tall, it is one of Fenton Glass Company's FIRST patterns being #65 and dates to 1908-1910 [Whitmyer FENTON ART GLASS 1907-1939 pages 12-13.] Considered a nappy, this would also make a lovely flat berry or ice cream bowl. Pattern features a wonderful Star of David with different sized hobs and divided by a file - 26 rays on the pointed star bottom. Fenton actually (compared to the interlocking 'Star of David' design by a different co.) did a superb job of articulating this beautiful, sacred star and the crystal sparkles with a diamond's brilliance! This pattern can also be found in the Edwards/Carwile ENCYCLOPEDIA OF PRESSED GLASS (2nd Edition p.167). Unusual size we couldn't find listed, but likely similar to closest sizes. We were lucky to find a few, so this is a great chance to put together part of a set or just use these six for an elegant mix-and-match table setting! Pressed glass from a tri-part mold, bowls also feature an undulating serrated edge that's turned slightly upwards to form the subtle shallow cupped form. FREE SHIPPING in the USA! Reasonable start, NO RESERVE and this auction is for SIX BOWLS going together just as we got them. Feel free to e-mail w/ any questions and THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Fenton Strawberry CUSTARD old jelly EXE!
This lovely jelly comport was made by the Fenton Glass Company circa.1915 - 1920s and is in EXCELLENT condition w/ NO chips, cracks or scratches (some wear to the original cold paint), but overall very nice - MUST SEE PICS! 'Strawberry' is the name of the pattern although have seen this as #526 crimped jelly comport (Whitmeyer, Fenton Glass 1907-1939 p.27). One feature of the old custard glass is that it possesses fluorescent/luminescent properties it contains from radioactive/fluorescent and/or excitable elements in the glass formula that make it glow under black light - see corresponding pics! FREE SHIPPING withing the U.S. - International buyers pay ACTUAL shipping based on final packed weight. Feel free to e-mail w/ any questions and THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Old FENTON Persian Blue cr/su PAIR EXE!
Although the original white paint is mostly transparent (it does show up under black light), this is still a lovely pair of creamer and sugar in EXCELLENT condition w/ NO chips, cracks or scratches - MUST SEE PICS! Relatively heavy glass in a nice light blue and opaline coat that makes it appear whiter at the top - very even and elegant! Bottom of the pointed handles are reeded and bottom of both have 16 point rayed stars underneath. Made by Fenton back around 1915 and consists of a table set and a few odds and ends. A remarkable color we've seen very little of and would guess is rather scarce. The pieces are #596 and from what we could find*, the sugar did NOT come with a lid. Buyer pays actual shipping ONLY! Insurance or delivery confirmation both optional, but one or the other is recommended. Feel free to e-mail w/ any questions and THANKS FOR LOOKING!
