A few minor holes, but nothing major is really wrong with this incredible OREGON CITY American Indian patterned wool shawl - MUST SEE PICS! Grey fringe on ALL sides, a little more unusual for OC which charged extra for it and a tremendous color combination! This same pattern blanket can be seen in the Bible of Native American trade blankets, CHASING RAINBOWS, by Barry Friedman (p.287). This is a 1911 Oregon City Woolen Mills trade blanket/shawl that has a nice fuzzy thick body and sure seems like its original weight - similar to a Hudson's Bay blanket, it's THAT thick! Just splendid. Feel free to e-mail w/ any questions and THANKS FOR LOOKING!
