These girls were featured in a book, illustrated by Rose O'Neill, called, 'Rose O'Neill's Kewpies with Ragsy & Ritzy.'
Dress poor little Ragsy so she looks as pretty as Ritzy. Dress both of them in party costumes. Each doll has a dress, hat, and a costume. Ragsy has clean legs to cover her raggedy ones.
These are cut out dolls. They are about 12 inches tall. They should have both a front and a back side, with clothes for both front and back. However, Ritzy has only her front side and is missing an arm. Ragsy has a crease in her neck, a corner torn off of her base, including Ro of the Rose O'Neill signature, and peeling of the base at the back. Fair condition.
