Basket Weave Carnival Glass Bowl
Fenton bowl with basket weave on outside and open ruffled top edge. It measures 3-1/4 inches tall and 5-1/2 inches across. Fenton Basketweave Bowl ware no. 8222 made from 1970-73. The color is referred to as Original Formula Carnival Glass (amethyst).
It was the first carnival glass Fenton made after their initial introduction of carnival glass in the early 1900s.
