| It does not get any better than this. Being the author of three books on crackle glass, I have to say, Rainbow Glass Company made the best and most attractive decanters out of all the companies. Here is a perfect example of beautiful workmanship, outstanding color. This decanter is all hand blown. It is 12 1/2" tall. Rainbow Glass is known for its stoppers being taller than the bottom. The stopper is 8 1/4" tall, while the bottom is 6 1/4" tall. The color is amberina, and the crackling is absolutely stunning. It has an amber rigareee around the neck. Above the neck is a tri-fold spout, this allows the liquid to be poured from any spout. The stopper is also solid, not hollow. The stopper is tear-shaped. Absolutely no damage to this entire piece. |
