Early Shurebite Frog Fishing Lure w/Box Nice early Shurebite Frog Fishing Lure. Lure comes with its original box and was made by Shurebite, Inc. Bronson, Michigan. I'm guessing Lure is from the 1950's to early 60's. Lure itself appears to be in good condition. Some light wear to the wood top portion but Lure does not appear to have been used. The end of the Box lid does have a couple punctures in it and the top lid has in ink writing #250. Lure would make a fine addition to any Vintage Fishing collection. 1800's Book: The Hunter & Trapper Book entitled "The Hunter & Trapper". Book has a total of 91 pages. Written by Halsey Thrasher, an experienced Hunter. Published by Orange Judd Company in what is either 1868 or 1888. It is difficult to make out the print. Lots of literature with limited illustrations. The inside cover page illustration has been taped as you can see in the photo. There is also taping to the inside back cover page but the page is simply on other books the publishing company offers and has nothing to do with the subject matter. Novelty Mother of Pearl Shark Cute little Novelty Item depicting a Shark. Can't be for certain the outside material resembles somewhat mother of pearl material. Measures about 6" in length. As it goes from head to tail it scales down in size to give it that Shark-like look. Bottom underside of his mouth is engraved Mex so I'm assuming this to be a souvenir piece from Mexico. Early, Aladdin Angler Fishing Thermos Early Aladdin Thermos titled Aladdin Angler. Very colorful image to the Thermos showing Fisherman in Boat catching a Fish. Around the entire Thermos are various types of Fish and under them are their identified names. Overall very good condition. A scratch or two here and there to the Thermos. Measures about 12" in height and has it's original stopper and screw on Lid. The insert is clean but for some reason or another rattles a little if the Thermos is shaken.
