Rogers Smith Quad. Double Eagle Napkin Ring
Nice, early Napkin Ring featuring an Eagle on each side. Engraving design is on the top of the Napkin Ring as well. Underside is marked with what I believe says Rogers Smith 800 Meriden Quadruple 146. Measures about 3" in length and 1 7/8" in height.
