EARLY POTTERY OR STONEWARE PIG BANK
Offered is an early Pottery or Stoneware Pig Bank. Just guessing but I believe this piece dates somewhere around the late 1800’s to early 1900's. Measures approximately 4 1/2” in length and for it’s age is in very good condition. Shows some crazing throughout but is nothing that will concern you. The Pig is yellow in color with spots or shades of brown throughout. There is two small holes on his face that make up his eyes. The Pig has a coin slot on top and an a outlet on the bottom. Sorry but I’m unable to find any markings. A wonderful piece to add to your early coin bank collection or your Pig collection

1830’s 3 Gal. L. Anderson Stoneware Crock
3 Gallon Stoneware Crock incised on the front with a number 3 surrounded with dots and underneath says L. Anderson. I believe this Crock dates around the 1830’s to 1840’s. I cannot confirm this but I was told the Crock originates from the Port Washington/Newcomberston Ohio area which is just south of Canton and north of Cambridge. This Crock has somewhat of a unique shape. Has the ears on the side, few small bumps and not a perfectly symmetrical top that was just part of the manufacturing process. It doesn’t effect the Crock and personally I believe gives the Crock it’s own identity. There is some very small nicks on the inner portion of the ears and underside of the base but overall I believe the Crock is in nice condition especially for it’s age. It measures about 12” in height and diameter of the opening at the top is about 5” and at the widest point the circumference of the Crock measures around 31”. This Crock would make a nice addition to your Stoneware or Crock collection. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.

Jewel Tea Autumn Leaf ¼ Lb. Butter & Cover
Jewel Tea Autumn Leaf ¼ Lb. Butter & Cover. Made from the years 1961-76. A bit more harder to find Jewel Tea piece. The bottom portion measures about 8 ½” in length. The gold trim around the outside edge does have some slight tarnish/wear but a good portion of the gold is intact. Gold trim on the Handle of the Cover is excellent. Bottom underside edge and outer edge of the Cover has some wear. Inside of the Cover also has a few spots of browning/wear. Butter & Cover has no chips or cracks. Bottom of this piece is marked Superior Hall Quality Dinnerware. Tested and Approved by Mary Dunbar Jewel Homemakers Institute. Would make a nice addition to any Jewel Tea collection. Hamilton & Jones 4 Star Wax Sealer Crock
Scarce, Hamilton & Jones 4 Star Wax Sealer Crock. Piece probably dates somewhere around the 1860's. In blue stencil the front of the Sealer says Hamilton & Jone and underneath has 4 Stars. Overall condition of this Crock is very good, especially for it's age. The Stencil and Stars are clear and legible with exception to a missing "S" in Jones and some slight wear to the blue on the "E" in Jones. There's also some light wear to one of the star point's to the far right star. You may also notice what I'm calling salt glaze residue that goes over a portion of the Star on the far right but as many of you probably know this is somewhat common and occured during the firing (manufacturing) process. I hate to even mention it but there is also the faintest hairline that runs up the Sealer from the bottom. I personally do not believe it will bother you but I just wanted to be complete in my description. The Sealer is very solid and sounds great. It measures about 8 1/4" in height and about 4 1/4" across the top. These Star Crocks are becoming more and more difficult to find and would make an outstanding addition to any Crock or Stoneware collection. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.

Hamilton & Jones 2 Gal. Blue Letter Crock
Nice, Hamilton & Jones 2 Gallon Blue Letter Crock. Crock is fairly clean and free of any damage. Probably dates somewhere around the 1870's to 1880's. Front has Blue Free Hand design at the top and bottom and stenciled in the the middle it says Hamilton & Jones 2 and then a stencil design and then Greensboro, Pa. A few of the letters on the stenciling may just have the slightest bit of wear, however stenciling is definitely clear and legible. Measuresments are about 12" in height and about 7" across the top. Offered is a lovely 3 Pc. Franciscan Nested Mixing Bowl Set in the "Desert Rose" pattern. Large Bowl measures 5" in height and 8 3/4" in diameter, Medium Bowl measures 4 1/4" in height and 7 1/4" in diameter and the Smallest Bowl measures 3 1/2" in height and 5 3/4" in diameter. All Bowls are in excellent condition with exception to just the slightest bit of stain mark on the inside of the Small Bowl. No chips or cracks to any of the Bowls.
