Thermometer measures just over 9" in diameter and is in excellent condition. Thermometer appears to work fine. Keeps track of only Fahrenheit temperature. Says the National Bank of West Virginia~Oldest Bank in West Virginia, Founded 1817~Commercial, Trusts, Savings~Courteous and Efficient Service, Wheeling, W.Va. Back of the Thermometer say Made in U.S.A., Standard Thermometer Company, Boston, Mass. Thermometer probably dates somewhere around the 40's to 50's. Would make a nice addition to any Wheeling, West Virginia or Thermometer Advertisement collection. Buyer to pay shipping and insurance. |
