Pair of 1913 Pennsylvania Porcelain License Plates. Plates are matching and carry the number “49240”. Plates are green in color with white lettering and numbers. Plates retain a majority of the Porcelain but as shown in my photos, the porcelain was touched up in a few spots on both plates. Back of the Plates say Brilliant Mfg. Co., 1035 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia, Pa. If you have any other questions or need additional photos please ask early.
