Early Advertisement Pocket Mirror for the Center Wheeling Savings Bank at the Corner of Market & 22nd Streets in Wheeling, W.Va. Probably dates around the 1940's or even earlier. Top portion has a image of the Bank Building and the bottom portion says Pays 4% on Savings. Mirror measures about 2 3/4" in length by 1 3/4" in width. Overall condition I would consider very good.
