Proceedings of the Kentucky Mining Institute from the years 1940-43. There is a total of 3 Books. 1940 was the 1st Annual Meeting ever held. Took place on the 6th & 7th of December in Lexington. Books more or less give an account of what was discussed at these meetings. Books list Officers & Directors, Directory of Associations, Directory of Institutes and Roster of Members.

| There is some photos and the back of each Book has lots of advertisements pertaining to Mining. Two books have about 70 page and the other over 100 pages not counting any of the many advertisement pages at the rear of the books. They are all in very good condition.
