Pair of Advertisement Ink Blotters from Parkersburg, West Virginia. Insurance Company is represent in Parkersburg but is affilated with the Hardware Indemnity Insurance Company of Minnesota. Each Blotter has a photo of a different agent, location and phone number. It appears these date around the 1940's to 50's and both are in good condition.
