| Offered is an item that I believe somewhat resembles an Old Mining/Miners Carbide Container, however, I'm not 100% certain because I've never seen one and thus will be sold "as is". It is marked on the one side Hess Torch and the other Tin Ol. Top has a screw off cap then you have about a 3 1/4" piece that can be pulled out with what looks to be a wick at the end. The one end of the Container has a pair of swing-like hinges. I believe a belt slid through them so the Container would be on your side. From end to end the container is about 4" in length and then about 3 ½" in height to the top of the cap. If you have any info that you would care to share about this piece it would be greatly appreciated. Again it will be sold "as is". Buyer to pay shipping. |
