An early Postal Scale from the Ohio Valley Steel Co. in Wheeling, W.Va. I'm guessing it dates around the
1940's. Top screws off and the Scale weighs up to 8 oz. Underside of the Scale has a paper label which
explains the postal rates. Base measures 3" in diameter. A nice piece to add your Advertisement collection.
