Cute Chein Child's Sand Pail Shovel. Shovel portion resembles the face of a Tiger and it's Handle resembles the Tail. Measures about 14" in length. Nice detail to litho but metal does show a little wear. A nice item for a collector of Sand Pail related items or perhaps even a collector of Tiger's.
