Offered is a super Real Photo Postcard of the 1915 Wheeling, West Virginia Police Department, including Police Chief Thoms Leyland in the center. Notice the very early Motorcycle an Officer is sitting on to the far left. Also include is a 1917 Bureau of Police Card of an Officer issued by the City of Wheeling and signed by the Chief of Police. I'm unable to identify this Officer in the photo, however, both pieces were from the same estate an it's almost a given that he's in the Real Photo Postcard. Postcard has some light corner wear and has been postally unused. Would make a terrific item for any Wheeling, West Virginia memorablia collection or perhaps even a collector of early Police memorablia. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.
