Very nice Hand Painted & Signed Bird Plate. Measures about 10 1/2 in. in diameter. Markings are that shown in the 2nd photo. signature looks like Burcy. Uncertain about the first letter but the last ones do say "urcy". Would make a nice addition to your Limoges or Bird collection. Buyer to pay
