September 1949 "Southern Fireside" Magazine First Edition. Has a great Black American story called "Slappey-Happy" written by Octavus Roy Cohen with illustrations by Max Heldman. This is a very cool magazine and is in excellent shape.

Excellent Copy of June 1948 "Column" Magazine 1st Issue. Wonderful cover showing Peace Dove trying on a War Helmet (slight damage to right). This is an exceptional magazine for getting conventional thought on the news of 1948. Has many columnists from around the country giving their opinions of current affairs. Cover has slight damage, but the inside is great. I think this is pretty rare.

1927 Copy of "The Line Book" by RHL of the Chicago Tribune. Really kind of a booklet that was started in 1924 highlighting paragraghs and quotes compiled by this famous contributer. In great shape for its age with some age wear and pencil marks. Might be pretty rare, this is the first on I have found.
