President Carter Novelty Doll XXX. This is for adults with a sense of humour only. When you push his head down, something happens to cause the towel to lift and that's all I'm saying. Made in Hong Kong in 1977. Box in rough condition, doll is good to very good for age. I doubt that you can buy this at the Carter Library.
