Miniature Goebel Friar Creamer #31412/0. Has 1979 West German Mark on bottom. Has a little wear and an under glaze split on right eyebrow (see oicture). It seems to be in glaze and not in porcelain. About 2 1/2" tall. Was a display in a store for years.
